Veteran's Day.........a day set aside to HONOR all people who have served in the military both living and deceased, in both wartime and peacetime. Today is a day to thank these veterans for their service, to acknowledge them and to tell them just how much we appreciate their sacrifices they've made on behalf of our FREEDOM!! Every year, the same time of the signing of the treaty that brought an end to World War I, at 11am, two minutes of silence are observed and the President lays a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknowns in Arlington National Cemetery. Today, let's all take those two minutes to bow our heads and with our hearts give a "Thank you" to these brave men and women.
