Each bright and sunny Sunday afternoon after church a sweet little lady named Jan comes home, takes off her high heels, puts on her soft leather slippers and comfy socks and goes across the street to the park and feeds the birds. She is a lover of nature...all creatures big and small. She makes up tiny bird seed sacks for the price of just twenty-five cents. Just enough to cover the cost to bring feed the next Sunday afternoon. Look around the park next Sunday and see if you can see Ms. Jan feeding one of God's feathery creatures.
Jan has a strong wire armature covered by a needle felted body. Her head, hands and feet are made from Prosculpt without the use of any molds. Her face and eyes are hand painted using acrylic paints. Her hair is lambswool (sheared) and braided into a tiny bun. She can stand (12 inches tall) if aided by a doll stand. Her outfit is hand sewn...right down to her bloomers. She wears a tiny cameo broach and has matching earrings. Her hat is knitted and then sealed with it's own tiny pearl hatpin. She can wear hat or have it sitting on her lap. Her chair is a twig chair with a tiny hand sewn seat cushion. Her basket holds a flower and tiny bird seed bags.
If interested in taking Jan home to live with you, please email me for purchasing information. thank you for your interest and taking the time to look. Hugs, Regi
